Step 2: Submit Details & Approve Proof

After purchase, complete the intake form with your logo, QR codes, sizing preferences, and any special requests. You’ll receive an electronic proof to review and approve before production begins.

Step 3: Production & Delivery

Once approved, your sign is crafted, painted, sealed, and prepared for shipment. Orders are shipped directly to you, and hand delivery may be arranged when available.

What file format should my logo be in?

We recommend a high-resolution PNG, SVG, AI, or EPS file for best results. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) provide the cleanest cuts for raised lettering and detailed logos. If you’re unsure about your file quality, submit what you have — we’ll review it and let you know if adjustments are needed.

How long does production take?

Production typically begins after your proof is approved. Standard turnaround is up to 3 weeks depending on the sign style and order volume. Shipping time is additional. If you have a deadline, please note it in your intake form.

Will I receive a proof before my sign is made?

Yes. Every custom sign includes an electronic proof for approval before production begins. We will not move forward until you’ve reviewed and approved the design.

 Are the signs suitable for outdoor markets and festivals?

Yes. Our signs are wood-cut, painted with outdoor-quality paint, and sealed for durability. They are designed to handle regular market setups and outdoor use when properly cared for.

Can I request custom sizes or additional panels?
